Raw materials:
There’s no change for the sulfuric acid and phosphate rock price this week. Yunnan Tin Industry plan to maintenance this month.
On the demand side:
The new order transaction is less and the procurement keep the way of hand-to-mouth buying.
Supply and operating rate:
DCP: The operating rate is stable and the tight supply is eased now. But most of factories still not load to full capacity and remain concern the price of sulfuric acid of later period.
MDCP and MCP: One of mainstream producer in Yunnan will suspend production for maintenance for 30 days in next week, and Guizhou producer had resumed production, but there is still the problem of tight supply of MDCP. The demand of MCP of domestic market had declined.
Forecast:
The price of might remain at current level and the procurement of downstream keep multiple purchase with small amount. Keep attention to the production capacity and later period price of Yunnan Copper.
