Raw materials:
The price of raw materials (Phosphate rock and sulfuric acid) keep stable this week.
On the demand side:
There’s few to shore up the demand. Due to the procurement of customers began to gradually fall, the demand for a few number of customer who haven’t replenished is small and they purchase cautiously. And coupled with the current high price.
Supply and operating rate:
The operating rate and outputs had rose this week.
Forecast:
DCP: The price of DCP for factories keep stable this week but some traders had reduced the price to promotion. Expected that it will be in the supply and demand game situation next week. There’s no support for DCP price due to the decline of sulfuric acid in long-term and weak demand.
MDCP: The price of MDCP was stable. The operating rate has increased but the supply is still tight, mainly because the factory has stopped production in the early stage and some factories had suspended quoting focus pending orders. The procurement of customers is cautious. Expected that it will be in the supply and demand game situation in later period, the price of MDCP might get weak in future because of the weak market of DCP and demand.
MCP: The price of MCP has no change this week. It’s in the slow season of aquatics and weak demand, but the price of MCP has been at a high level in the early stage, due to the low level of supply.
In the mid and long term, although the current price of MCP is high, but the demand is hard to pick up in the short term, and the weak demand of DCP and MDCP, it does not rule out the possibility of falling.
