1. Physical properties: Whitish powder; Deliquescent; Easily soluble in water; Aqueous solution is weak alkaline.
2. Usage: This product is matched by a variety of food additives made of science proportion; It has good water retention, to make the meat product has a better Adhesion. Reduce weight losing and Nutrient loss during the process; to make the meet products test best. Prevent the fat rancidity; to extend the shelf- -life of meet products. Meat Improver is widely used in kinds of food to improve their quality.
3. Use method:
I:Common additive amount is 0.1- 0.5% 
II:Directly mix with other additives to bloat the meet.
4. Packing: In 25 KGS composite plastic woven/ paper bags with PE liner.
5. Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilate and clean warehouse.
6. Shelf life: two years.
